The Jewish Center of Northwest Jersey (JCNWJ) is located in Washington (Warren County), New Jersey and a member of the Union for Reform Judaism. The JCNWJ welcomes individuals, couples (including interfaith) and families into its congregation - anyone interested in becoming members should visit the Membership Page for more information.
Services are typically held every other Friday evening and on holidays. Special events add to the richness of the temple life. The temple utilizes the Google JCNWJ Combined Calendar which includes dates and times for Hebrew School, Confirmation Class, Services, Holidays, Meetings and more. There is a tuition-free Hebrew School for children of members in good standing. In July, 2015, Rabbi Andy Dubin was welcomed to the temple's community as the new rabbi, following Rabbi Mary Zamore who served for two years following Rabbi Emerita Ellen Lewis who served as the temple's spiritual leader from July, 1994 through June, 2013. For more about Rabbi Dr. Dubin, visit the Rabbi's Page. |
